From technical and planning advice to delivering customers’ orders efficiently, our team of experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable experts is committed to providing proficient customer service at every stage.
Our experienced national sales team is on-hand to take care of customers’ requirements – from product advice and selection right through to being available after delivery is made.
Customers are assigned a dedicated account manager to ensure expert support is provided, enabling a direct link to the Earley Ornamentals site and the on-site customer and product teams.
All members of our sales team have a wide-range and an abundance of experience in the horticultural sector.
Simon is our owner and managing director. He takes responsibility for a select number of customers across the UK.
Previously, Rob managed his own growing business, which he sold at 27 years old and moved into horticultural sales. He has fine-tuned his skills in the young plant seed, genetics and the fertilizer sectors. Plus, he has worked selling packs, pots, containers and trays.
Rob works with customers across North-West England and Scotland.
Mark has been with Earley Ornamentals for over 20 years and has a very loyal customer base. With experience across various wholesale nurseries growing bedding, pot and patio plants, cut flowers and shrubs, he also has experience in the flower and vegetable seed sector too.
Mark works with customers across the East of England.
Tim has extensive experience in the horticulture sector and as an independent agent is able to provide a comprehensive and varied contribution.
Tim works with customers across the West of England
As product manager, Keith heads up product development and oversees the range management and communication of the product portfolio.
Keith is also on hand to offer customers assistance with cultural advice, range planning and product information.
The in-house customer and product teams are always available to assist customers and provide that vital support to our national sales team. Keeping our customers informed of the latest product range and service developments is also a key part of this service.
